This residential garden constitutes the shared garden area of the ground floor level of a family building in Adma. Built on slab on top of the building’s parking, the latter had recently been ravaged by leaks in the old waterproofing. The project’s priorities were two-fold: ensure the new waterproofing was up to best-practice standards and remodeling the outdoor space to cater for the needs of the different brothers sharing the space. The result is a beautiful functional space that redefines the original levels in order to maximize the stunning view of the Jounieh bay.
